Conflict Resolution:

Under the terms of Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, it is informed that, in the event of a dispute regarding the supply of goods, the consumer (a natural person when acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his activity commercial, industrial, craft or professional) may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body.

The competent entity for this purpose is CNIACC Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo – www.cniacc.pt
